Parting Glass Racing will host a Handicapping Extravaganza with ‘punting’ experts Jeff Carle, and Tom Law, on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7:00p.m. at The Parting Glass Pub, 40 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs, New York. The meeting is free and open to the public.

To prepare everybody for the Derby and the upcoming Saratoga Season we will begin the meeting with a "How to” or Handicapping 101 for all the novices out there. This will give you a chance to learn more about handicapping and how to read the Daily Racing Form!

Jeff Carle, ex-jockey, began making guest appearances, on Capital OTB-TV, and was added to the lineup in 2008 as a co- host on ‘Call To the Post’. Subsequently, he produced and co- hosted ‘Racetrips’, and is currently a regular on ‘Handicapper’s Report’.

Tom Law, an award-winning writer and editor for Thoroughbred Times in Lexington, Kentucky. Tom is managing editor of ST Publishing, Inc., parent company of the thisishorseracing.com Internet site.

Seth Merrow, is the founder and publisher of the popular horse racing news website Equidaily.com. Additionally, Merrow is a long-time host and handicapper on Capital OTB-TV. He is also a regular guest on Sirius/XM’s “At the Races with Steve Byk”.
